i'm gonna be honest i never got the hype with wanting an ultra realistic life sim game. sure to some people that means realistic interactions and stuff but also it often just means the graphics being like. cutting edge hyperrealism. like i don't care about that i barely even cared that sims 4 was more stylized even if it did lose the charm sims 2 had. what matters to me is the game fun. are the gameplay mechanics engaging. is it worth spending time on a sim since they were a child to their death in the hands of some truly looney tunes shit. does the game has its own quirky offbeat yet charming sense of humor. gnomes. llamas. grilled cheese. things like that y'know
